N6-methyladenosine(m6A)modification is a common epigenetic modification that dynamically regulates the entire process of RNA metabolism.m6A includes methyltransferase, demethylase and m6A binding protein. The methyla-tion modification of m6A regulates cell proliferation and differentiation by regulating RNA decay, transport, shear and transla-tion,and m6A is related to the occurrence and development of gynecological malignant tumors. We reviewed the recent re-search progress of m6A methylation modification in cervical cancer, endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer, and analyzed the mechanism by which m6A regulates the occurrence and development of gynecological malignant tumors through RNA modifica-tion,thus providing a new direction for the treatment of gynecological malignant tumors and improving the prognosis.
