As one of the external treatments of traditional Chinese medicine,fire needle has a long history and mature technology in the treatment of skin diseases.With the development of treatment techniques of skin disease,fire needle and other therapies are often used to treat common skin diseases.This paper reviews the clinical studies on the treatment of itchy skin diseases,infectious diseases,diseases of skin appendages and pigmentary skin diseases with fire needle and fire needle combination therapy,suggesting that it is widely used and effective.
