Proximal humerus fracture(PHF)is one of the common types of fractures in clinical practice.Choosing the appropriate treatment plan can not only obtain better fracture healing with less trauma,but also promote the recovery of shoulder joint function and improve the quality of life of patients.In recent years,with the further understanding of the injury and repair mechanism of PHF,the emergence of new surgical techniques and the promotion of the concept of rapid rehabilita-tion,the clinical treatment plan has also undergone new changes.This article provides a systematic description of the new con-cepts,new surgical techniques,and possible future trends of PHF that have been studied in recent years,in the hope of provi-ding a reference for the selection of treatment options for PHF in clinical practice.
