摘要
目的 分析医师群体通过循证临床决策支持系统实施框架(GUIDES)的多个维度对面向肠镜检查患者肠镜报告解读的临床决策支持系统(CDSS)的应用效果进行评价.方法 问卷设计基于GUIDES框架,分为 4 个维度,研究选取每个维度的2 或3 个核心问题设计问卷,随机选取单中心消化内科以及非消化内科医师共75 名,面对面发放纸质问卷,分析不同类别、层级医师对CDSS应用效果的评价.结果 共发放问卷75 份,有效问卷71 份,有效率为94.7%.男性与女性医师对CDSS的评分比较无显著差异(P＞0.05).非消化内科医师对CDSS的评分高于消化内科医师(P＜0.05).初级和中级职称医师对CDSS的评分均高于高级职称医师(P＜0.05).青年医师对CDSS的评分高于中年医师(P＜0.01).结论 采用基于GUIDES框架的问卷调查表对CDSS进行多维度应用评价,该模型在医师群体中获得了较高的评价.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the application effect of clinical decision support system(CDSS)for interpreting colonoscopy reports for patients undergoing colonoscopy built by our team through multiple dimensions of guideline implementa-tion with decision support checklist(GUIDES)among physician population.Methods The questionnaire design was divided into four dimensions based on the GUIDES framework.Two or three core questions from each dimension were selected to de-sign the questionnaire.A total of 75 physicians in single-center Gastroenterology Department and non-Gastroenterology Depart-ment were randomly selected,and paper-based questionnaires were distributed face to face.The evaluation of the application effect of CDSS among physicians of different categories and levels was then analyzed.Results A total of 75 questionnaires were distributed,of which71 were valid,with an effective rate of 94.7%.There was no significant difference in CDSS scores between male and female physicians(P＞0.05).The CDSS scores of physicians in non-Gastroenterology Department were higher than those of physicians in Gastroenterology Department(P＜0.05).The CDSS scores of junior and intermediate phy-sicians were higher than those of senior physicians(P＜0.05).The CDSS score of young physicians was higher than that of middle-aged physicians(P＜0.01).Conclusion A questionnaire based on the GUIDES framework was used to evaluate CDSS in multiple dimensions,and the model received high evaluation among the physician population.
