血清脂质相关指标与乳腺癌关系的研究进展

摘要
脂代谢紊乱与乳腺癌的发生发展及预后密切相关.探索血清脂质相关指标、降脂药物对乳腺癌发病及预后的影响,有助于寻找乳腺癌新的生化标志物,发现新的治疗靶点并对其进行更精准的个体化治疗.本文通过查阅相关文献,就血清脂质相关指标与乳腺癌之间的关系做一综述,为深入研究乳腺癌的发病机制及乳腺癌的预防、诊断及治疗提供新的方向.
Abstract
Lipid metabolism disorder is closely related to the occurrence,development and prognosis of breast cancer.Exploring the impact of plasma lipid-related indexes and lipid-lowering drugs on the incidence and prognosis of breast cancer is helpful to find new biochemical markers of breast cancer,discover new therapeutic targets and conduct more accurate individu-alized treatment.This article reviews the relationship between serum lipid-related indexes and breast cancer by consulting rele-vant literature,which provides a new direction for in-depth study of the pathogenesis of breast cancer and the prevention,diag-nosis and treatment of breast cancer.
