摘要
天山雪莲化学成分包括黄酮、香豆素、倍半萜内酯、苯丙素、有机酸、甾体、鞘脂、挥发油等多种类型.天山雪莲丰富的化学成分也决定了其广泛的药理作用,如抗炎镇痛、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、免疫调节、降血脂等.本文通过查阅大量国内外文献资料,总结和阐述了天山雪莲国内外的研究状况、化学成分和药理作用,以期为全面了解并合理开发天山雪莲资源提供参考.
Abstract
The chemical components of Saussurea involucrate Kar.et Kir include flavonoids,coumarins,sesquiter-pene lactones,phenylpropanoids,organic acids,steroids,sphingolipids,and volatile oils.The rich chemical components of Saussurea involucrate Kar.et Kir also determine its extensive pharmacological effects,such as anti-inflammatory,analgesic,anti-tumor,anti-oxidant effect,immune regulation,and lowering blood lipids.This article summarizes and expounds the research status,chemical components and pharmacological effects of Saussurea involucrate Kar.et Kir at home and abroad by reviewing a large number of domestic and foreign literature,in order to provide a reference for a comprehensive understanding and ratio-nal development of Saussurea involucrate Kar.et Kir resources.
