Objective To explore the application effect and patient satisfaction of systematic management plan in chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV)in patients with gynecological tumors. Methods A total of 248 patients with gynecological tumors undergoing chemotherapy from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into a control group(n=124)and an observation group(n=124)according to random number table method. The control group was given routine management, while the observation group was given systematic management. The incidence of CINV,frequency and degree of nausea and vomiting, psychological state[State-Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI)],quality of life[Functional Life Index of Emesis(FLIE)],and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of CINV in the observation group[46.77%(58/124)]was lower than that in the control group[67.74%(84/124)](P<0.05).The frequency and degree of nausea and vomiting in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the nausea and vomiting dimensions and total scores on the FLIE scale were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The scores and total scores of STAI in the observation group were lower than those before intervention, and lower in the obser-vation group than in the control group(P<0.01).The scores and total scores of the satisfaction evaluation scale in the obser-vation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Systematic management can effectively prevent CINV in patients with gynecological tumors undergoing chemotherapy, reduce the frequency and severity of nausea and vomiting, improve patients'psychological state, and enhance their quality of life and satisfaction.
