Objective To explore the clinicopathological features of young and middle-aged patients with breast canc-er.Methods A total of 120 patients with breast cancer treated from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into the young group(≤35 years,n=48)and the middle-aged group(>35 years,n=72)according to age.The general data and clinicopathological features of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the lesion site and the number of tumor nodules between the two groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences in T stage,N stage, histological grade, estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor positivity rate,C-erbB-2 protein expression and molecular typing between the two groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).There was no significant difference in 12-month and 24-month survival rates between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion There are significant differences in clinical characteristics and molec-ular typing between young breast cancer and middle-aged and elderly breast cancer, which should be paid close attention to in clinical practice for early diagnosis and timely treatment.
