摘要

绝经后骨质疏松症是一种与绝经密切相关的慢性全身性骨骼病症,中医学将其归属于"骨痿",发病与肾有关,补肾法是根本治则.本文针对从肾论治PMOP的中医研究进展进行综述,旨在为临床治疗该病与研究提供一定的参考依据.

Abstract

Postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)is a chronic systemic skeletal disorder closely related to menopaus-al,which is classified as ＂bone weakness＂ in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Its onset is related to the kidneys,and kidney tonifying therapy is the fundamental treatment principle.This article reviews the progress of TCM research on PMOP from the perspective of renal theory,aiming to provide some reference for clinical treatment and research of PMOP.
