Coronary heart disease(CHD)is a common disease in clinical practice, mainly affecting middle-aged and elderly people.Once it occurs,it will seriously threaten daily life of patients, and increase the risk of disability and death.Stable angina pectoris is one of the most common types of CHD,mainly caused by insufficient myocardial oxygen supply. If not treated effectively in a timely manner,it will gradually lead to a decline in heart function and even threaten the patient's life safety during acute attacks. At present, the clinical treatment of stable angina pectoris is mostly to stabilize coronary athero-sclerotic plaque, and alleviate myocardial ischemia and hypoxia,so as to reduce the damage of myocardial tissue and prevent the decrease of cardiac function. In the past, conventional western medicine intervention was mostly used in clinical treat-ment,but some patients developed drug resistance due to long-term drug use, resulting in general clinical efficacy. Therefore,it is necessary to choose a more scientific and effective treatment to improve the prognosis of patients.TCM practitioners be-lieve that the pathogenesis of stable angina pectoris is closely related to qi stagnation and blood stasis,so the treatment princi-ple is to promote blood stasis and qi analgesia.Tongxinluo capsule is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical treatment of cardiovascular diseases, and is also widely used and recognized in the clinical treatment of stable angina pectoris of CHD with qi deficiency, blood stasis, and collaterals obstruction syndrome.
