Lipid metabolism disorder and obesity are high risk factors for breast cancer, colorectal cancer, ovarian cancer and other malignant tumors.Lipid can provide raw materials, nutrients, signal molecules and energy support for biofilm synthesis for the proliferation, migration and invasion of cancer cells. The abnormal expression of key enzymes during lipid metabolism is the main manifestation of lipid reprogramming. Therefore, this article reviews the clinical research progress in enzymes related to de novo synthesis of fatty acids, fatty acid uptake transporters, lipid hydrolysis, mobilization enzymes and fatty acid oxidation enzymes, thereby exploring the pathogenesis of malignant tumor at the metabolic level and finding new therapeutic targets.
