通督五线针联合三维平衡正脊法治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的康复效果观察

摘要
目的 观察通督五线针联合三维平衡正脊法治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患儿的康复效果,以避免延误治疗.方法 选取2022 年3 月至2023 年3 月青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患儿 130 例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各65 例.对照组采用三维平衡正脊法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合通督五线针治疗.比较 2 组临床疗效,治疗前后Cobb角及坐位体前屈长度、腰椎肌力、肺功能指标、骨密度.结果 观察组总有效率为93.85%(61/65)高于对照组的81.54%(53/65,P＜0.05).治疗后,2 组Cobb角均减小,坐位体前屈长度均增加,且观察组改善程度优于对照组(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).治疗后,2 组腰部前屈与后伸肌力均得到提升,且观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).治疗后,2 组用力肺活量、最大自主通气量、骨密度百分位均上升,且观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).结论 通督五线针联合三维平衡正脊法治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯能通过改善脊柱生理弯曲状态、增强腰椎肌力、提高肺功能、增强骨密度,提高临床疗效,从而避免延误治疗.
Abstract
Objective To observe the rehabilitation effect of Five-line Du-unblocking acupuncture combined with three-dimensional balanced positive spine method in the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS),in order to avoid delayed treatment.Methods A total of 130 children with AIS treated from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected and di-vided into observation group(n=65)and control group(n=65)by random number table method.The control group was treated with three-dimensional balanced positive spine method,and the observation group was treated with Five-line Du-unblocking acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,including Cobb angle,length of seated flexion,lumbar muscle strength,pulmonary function indexes and bone mineral density(BMD)before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.85%(61/65),which was higher than that of the control group[81.54%(53/65)](P＜0.05).After treatment,the Cobb angle decreased and the length of seated flexion increased in both groups;the improvement in observation group was better than that in control group(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).After treatment,lumbar flexion and extension muscle strength were improved in both groups,which were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).After treatment,forced vital capacity,maximum spon-taneous ventilation and BMD percentile of the two groups increased,which were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Conclusion Five-line Du-unblocking acupuncture combined with three-dimensional balanced positive spine therapy can improve the clinical efficacy of AIS by improving the physiological curvature of the spine,enhancing the muscle strength of the lumbar spine,improving pulmonary function and enhancing bone density,thereby avoi-ding delayed treatment.
