正畸联合种植义齿修复治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的效果、安全性及对牙齿功能的影响

摘要
目的 探究牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者采用正畸联合种植义齿修复治疗的效果、安全性及对牙齿功能的影响.方法 选取2020 年1 月至2023 年1 月收治的牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者90 例,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组与对照组,对照组44 例采用种植义齿修复治疗,观察组46 例在此基础上联用正畸治疗,比较2 组临床疗效、治疗前后牙齿功能评分、治疗后美观效果及不良反应.结果 观察组治疗有效率为 89.13%(41/46)显著高于对照组的72.73%(32/44),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);2 组治疗后牙齿功能语言、咀嚼、吞咽评分较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05,P＜0.01);观察组治疗后美观效果好于对照组(P＜0.05,P＜0.01);观察组治疗期间不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 在种植义齿修复基础上联合正畸治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者,对临床疗效的提升、牙齿功能与美观效果的改善、不良反应的减少均具有良好的效果,提高了手术安全性.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of orthodontic combined with dental implant restoration on patients with dentition defects complicated with dental and maxillary deformities,safety and their impact on dental function.Methods A total of 90 patients with dentition defect complicated with dental and maxillary deformities treated from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment meth-ods.Forty-four patients in the control group received dental implant restoration,and on this basis 46 patients in the observa-tion group received orthodontic treatment.The clinical efficacy,dental function score before and after treatment,aesthetic effect after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in theobservationgroupwas89.13%(41/46),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.73%,32/44),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of dental function,language,chewing and swallo-wing in the two groups were higher after treatment than those before treatment,and higher in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).The aesthetic effect of observation group after treatment was better than that of control group(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the con-trol group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of orthodontic combined with dental implant restoration in the treatment of dentition defects complicated with dental and maxillary deformities has a good effect on the improvement of clinical efficacy,the improvement of dental function and aesthetic effect,and the reduction of adverse reactions,improving the surgical safety.
