Objective To investigate the influencing factors of systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS)af-ter flexible ureteroscopy lithotripsy(FURL)for renal calculi,in order to guide preoperative preparation and develop treatment plans,so as to prevent delayed diagnosis and treatment. Methods Ninety-four patients with renal calculi treated from De-cember 2020 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected as the research subjects. All patients received FURL.The inci-dence of SIRS after treatment was statistically analyzed, and accordingly the patients were divided into SIRS group and non-SIRS group.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors for SIRS in patients with renal calculi after FURL treatment. Results The success rate of one-time examination and stone finding rate of FURL treatment for renal calculi were100.00%(94/94),and the one-time stone clearance rate was94.68%(89/94).After FURL treatment,14 patients had SIRS.The white blood cell(WBC)count was higher in SIRS group than in non-SIRS group, and the proportion patients with albumin/globulin ratio<1.184,numberofstones≥2,stonesize≥2 cm,preoperativefever, preoperative D-Jtubeim-plantation,systemic inflammatory response index(SIRI)≥0.726 in SIRS group was larger than that in non-SIRS group(P<0.05).Albumin/globulin ratio<1.184,WBC count, number of stones≥2,stone size≥2 cm,preoperative fever,preoper-ative D-J tube implantation and SIRI≥0.726 were all independent risk factors for SIRS after FURL treatment in patients with renal calculi(P<0.05).Conclusion Before FURL treatment, patients with renal calculi should know the risk factors of SIRS in detail, which can guide preoperative preparation and formulate treatment plan, thereby avoiding delayed diagnosis and treatment.
