Screening and Risk Factors Analysis of Hyperlipidemia in Healthy Middle-aged and Elderly Population Aged 51-65 Years Undergoing Physical Exami-nation in Tianjin in 2022
Objective To investigate the prevalence of hyperlipidemia among middle-aged and elderly people aged 51-65 years who underwent physical examination in Tianjin in 2022,and to provide practical basis and investigation basis for the formulation of sustainable health intervention programs for the middle-aged and elderly people aged 51-65 years in Tianjin. Methods Middle-aged and elderly residents aged 51-65 years who underwent physical examination in some public medical institutions in Tianjin from January 1,2022 to December 31,2022 were selected as the investigation subjects.Fasting venous blood samples in the morning were collected to detect blood lipid indexes. All subjects were divided into hyperlipidemia group and normal group according to whether they had hyperlipidemia.Dietary structure, exercise cycle and intensity, and demo-graphic baseline information were compared to analyze the prevalence of hyperlipidemia in this population, and the influencing factors of hyperlipidemia were analyzed by binary multivariate Logistic regression. Results A total of 8 162 subjects were in-volved in this study, and a total of 822 cases of hyperlipidemia were detected, with the prevalence rate of 10.07%.Bivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that body mass index(BMI)≥28.5 kg/m2,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)≥6.5%,daily fat intake≥100 g/d and exercise intensity[>15 mL/(kg·min)≤2 times/week]were risk factors for hyper-lipidemia in this population. Conclusion The middle-aged and elderly people aged 51 to 65 years in Tianjin have a high in-cidence of hyperlipidemia.BMI≥28.5 kg/m2,HbA1c≥6.5%,daily fat intake≥100 g/d and exercise intensity[>15 mL/(kg·min)≤2 times/week]are the risk factors for hyperlipidemia in this population.Clinical attention should be paid to the above factors and early intervention measures should be taken to improve the health status of this group.
