Expression Levels of miR-92 and miR-4746-5p in Liver Cancer Tissues and Their Interaction with Prognosis
Objective To investigate the expression levels of miR-92 and miR-4746-5p in liver cancer tissues and their interaction with prognosis.Methods A total of 117 patients with liver cancer admitted from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the malignant group,and another 117 patients with benign liver tumor during the same period were selected as the benign group.The levels of miR-92 and Mir-4476-5p in lesion tissues of the two groups and patients with different patho-logical characteristics of the malignant group were compared.The malignant group was followed up for 1 year and divided into good prognosis subgroup and poor prognosis subgroup according to the prognosis.The levels of miR-92 and miR-4746-5p in le-sion tissues of the two subgroups were compared.The predictive efficacy and interaction effects of miR-92 and miR-4746-5p on prognosis were analyzed.Results The levels of miR-92 and miR-4746-5p in lesions tissues of malignant group were higher than those in benign group(P<0.01).In the malignant group,the levels of miR-92 and miR-4746-5p in lesion tissue of pa-tients with clinical stage Ⅲ to Ⅳ,lymph node metastasis,low differentiation,and portal vein cancer thrombus were higher than those of patients with clinical stage Ⅰ to Ⅱ,no lymph node metastasis,medium and high differentiation,and portal vein cancer thrombus,respectively(P<0.01).The proportion of lymph node metastasis,poorly differentiated lesions,the propor-tion of lesions with portal vein cancer embolus and the levels of miR-92 and miR-4746-5p in lesion tissue in the poor prognosis group were higher than those in the good prognosis group(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that miR-92 and miR-4746-5p were positively correlated with clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and portal vein cancer thrombus,but nega-tively correlated with differentiation degree of liver cancer(P<0.01).The simultaneous high expression of miR-92 and miR-4746-5p suggested a 16.000 fold increase in the risk of poor prognosis of liver cancer,and γ=1.287,indicating a positive in-teraction between the high expression of miR-92 and miR-4746-5p in the prognosis of liver cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion The high expression of miR-92 and miR-4476-5p in liver cancer tissues is significantly correlated with clinicopathological fea-tures,and the high expression of both has a positive interaction in predicting prognosis,which can effectively predict the prog-nosis of patients.
