This paper reports a 16-year-old adolescent patient with a history of Kawasaki for 6 years who was treated with irregular antiplatelet therapy(oral aspirin)without regular follow-up visits.He was admitted to hos-pital due to chest pain after Kawasaki disease six years.Coronary angiography revealed lesions in three branches of the coronary artery,complete occlusion of the anterior descending branch,50%stenosis of the proximal circumfl-exal branch,and complete occlusion of the proximal right coronary artery.After coronary artery bypass grafting,the patient's chest pain was relieved.
