中成药治疗心律失常的机制及其临床应用

摘要
心律失常的治疗目前仍以西药为主,但是西药在抗心律失常的同时也会有一定的致心律失常的风险.中成药在治疗心律失常方面的作用越来越得到重视.研究表明,中成药靶向多个离子通道,对心律失常有着较好的疗效.中成药有可能成为预防和治疗心律失常的有效手段和补充治疗药物,这在临床上得到了一定的验证.本文将对一些中成药治疗心律失常的电生理机制和临床应用进行综述,旨在为心律失常的治疗提供新的思路和方向.
Abstract
The treatment of arrhythmia is heavily reliant upon Western medicines.Despite the anti-arrhyth-mic properties,Western medicines also exhibit proarrhythmic effects.Recently,Chinese medicines have emerged as a potential alternative treatment,showing effective antiarrhythmic effects.Most Chinese medicines can directly or indirectly target multiple ion channels and thereby yield favorable outcomes in preventing and treating arrhyth-mias,which have been demonstrated in basic research and clinical trials.Here,we reviewed the electrophysiologi-cal mechanisms and clinical applications of some frequently used Chinese medicines in order to refresh our insights and open up a new perspective and field of vision.
