In recent years, the functional evaluation value of coronary artery stenosis has attracted extensive attention at home and abroad.Fractional flow reserve(FFR)is currently recognized as the"gold standard"to eval-uate the physiological significance of pathological vessel stenosis, but it is difficult to be widely used in clinical practice due to its complex operation and the risk of trauma caused by the use of pressure guide wire.Quantitative flow ratio(QFR)has a high consistency with FFR in diagnostic efficacy, and is more convenient and safer in clini-cal practice, which can make up for the shortcomings of FFR.Based on the current research progress at home and abroad, this paper expounds the principle, clinical application, advantages and limitations of QFR.
