冠心病合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退的研究进展

摘要
亚临床甲状腺功能减退症是一种比较常见的生化疾病,多项研究证实其可对心血管系统造成不利影响,并能加重冠心病患者的病情.本文通过检索近年来国内外相关研究文献,就亚临床甲状腺功能减退症对冠心病造成的主要影响、致病机制、相关因素及治疗手段等进行阐述,以期对该类疾病的诊治提供依据.
Abstract
Subclinical hypothyroidism is a relatively common biochemical disease that has been shown in mul-tiple studies to adversely affect the cardiovascular system and aggravate the condition of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.By retrieving relevant research literature at home and abroad in the past 5 years,this paper focuses on the main impact,pathogenic mechanism,related factors and treatment methods of subclinical hy-pothyroidism on coronary heart disease,in order to provide effective reference opinions for the diagnosis and treat-ment of this disease.
