摘要
心房颤动(atrial fibrillation,AF)患者的消融与起搏策略不断更新,近年来,有研究报道,房室结消融联合左束支区域起搏用于AF患者是可行且安全的,本文就左束支区域起搏用于AF的解剖基础、新发AF、有效性、安全性及展望进行综述.
Abstract
The strategy of ablation and pacing in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF)is constantly updated.In recent years,it has been reported that atrioventricular node ablation combined with left bundle branch area pa-cing is feasible and safe for patients with AF.This paper reviews the anatomic basis,new-onset AF,efficacy,safety and prospect of left bundle branch area pacing for AF.
