Loeffler endocarditis, also known as eosinophilic endocarditis, was first reported by Loeffler in 1932.The disease often presents with atypical clinical manifestations such as congestive heart failure. The diag-nostic criteria include a total number of peripheral blood eosinophils greater than 1.5×10 9/L and signs of cardiac involvement.Cardiac MRI is considered the non-invasive gold standard for diagnosis.Given the rarity of Loeffler endocarditis,it's crucial for clinicians to enhance their understanding of the disease.Early diagnosis and early treatment can significantly improve the survival rate.
