In August 2024,the European Society of Cardiology(ESC)published the 2024 ESC Guidelines for the Management of Chronic Coronary Syndromes.The new guidelines redefine chronic coronary syndrome(CCS)and provide recommendations and updates based on the latest research findings,covering all aspects of risk assess-ment,diagnosis and treatment.The release of the new guidelines not only provides clinicians with the latest scien-tific advice,but also represents the continuous progress of the concept of diagnosis and treatment of CCS,and provides an important basis for the high-quality management of CCS patients.
