摘要
炎症被认为在动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)的发生和发展中扮演着关键角色.AS的抗炎治疗已经成为一种具有前景的治疗策略.本文详细探讨了AS与炎症及相关信号通路的关系,介绍了当前针对AS的抗炎治疗策略和未来的研究方向,为深入研究AS抗炎治疗提供参考.
Abstract
Inflammation is believed to play a pivotal role in the onset and progression of atherosclerosis(AS).Anti-inflammatory treatments for AS have emerged as a promising therapeutic strategy.This article delves into the relationship between AS and inflammatory,as well as associated signaling pathways.It also presents current anti-inflammatory treatment strategies for AS and directions for future research,serving as a reference for in-depth studies on anti-inflammatory treatments for atherosclerosis.
