摘要
心肌桥是冠状动脉的一种先天性解剖学改变,被认为是良性病变,但是越来越多的研究发现心肌桥会引起冠状动脉粥样硬化、心肌缺血甚至猝死.目前对于心肌桥的诊断依靠影像学方法.本文基于国内外对于心肌桥的研究结果,对心肌桥的流行病学、病理生理学、分级和分型、临床症状、诊断与评估、治疗管理与展望进行综述.
Abstract
Myocardial bridge is a kind of congenital anatomic change of coronary artery,which is considered benign lesion.However,more and more studies have found that myocardial bridge can cause coronary atheroscle-rosis,myocardial ischemia and even sudden death.At present,the diagnosis of myocardial bridge relies on ima-ging methods.Based on the research results of myocardial bridge at home and abroad,this paper reviews the epi-demiology,pathophysiology,grading and typing,clinical symptoms,diagnosis and evaluation,treatment man-agement and prospect of myocardial bridge.
