摘要
免疫性血小板减少症是临床上最常见的出血性疾病之一,部分患者因合并症有手术治疗的需要.为减少不良反应发生、保障患者安全,本文通过归纳总结国内外指南共识、临床研究及病例报道,分别针对免疫性血小板减少症患者围手术期的术前评估、治疗及术后管理进行介绍,并提出相应的建议.
Abstract
Immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)is a common clinical disorder with a variably increased risk of bleeding.Some ITP patients have complications and need surgery.From summarizing related guidelines,consen-sus,clinical trials and case reports,we make recommendation on preoperative assessment,perioperative treat-ment and postoperative management for ITP patients,aimed at minimizing adverse events and ensure safety.
