Common short-term complications of hyperleukocytic acute leukemia
Hyperleukocytic acute leukemia is a critical disease in the department of hematology with a high risk of early death.It has unique clinical manifestations,epidemiological characteristics and pathophysiological mechanisms.Leukostasis,tumor lysis syndrome and disseminated intravascular coagulation are common short-term complications.For such patients,appropriate treatment should be selected according to different conditions and close monitoring should be performed to reduce the risk of early death and provide time for subsequent treat-ment.
