A case of cross-matching incompatibility caused by anti-G combined with anti-D antibody
Objective:To identify the irregular antibodies in the serum of RhD negative patients so as to ensure the safety of clinical blood transfusion.Methods:Rh blood group antigen typing,cell screening and absorption test were used to identify antibodies in the patients'blood samples.Results:Anti-G and anti-D antibodies were detected in the serum of the patients.Conclusion:The anti-G antibody in the serum of the RhD-negative patient caused its incompatibility with the RhD-negative donor.
