摘要
目的:通过对RhD阴性患者血清中不规则抗体的鉴定,为患者临床输血安全提供保障.方法:运用Rh血型抗原分型,细胞筛选及吸收试验对患者的血液标本进行抗体鉴定.结果:通过试验鉴定,患者血清中检出抗-G及抗-D抗体.结论:RhD阴性患者血清中的抗-G抗体导致其与RhD阴性供者配血不合.
Abstract
Objective:To identify the irregular antibodies in the serum of RhD negative patients so as to ensure the safety of clinical blood transfusion.Methods:Rh blood group antigen typing,cell screening and absorption test were used to identify antibodies in the patients'blood samples.Results:Anti-G and anti-D antibodies were detected in the serum of the patients.Conclusion:The anti-G antibody in the serum of the RhD-negative patient caused its incompatibility with the RhD-negative donor.
