自主神经和近视发病机制的研究进展

摘要
近年来,近视患病率不断增加且呈低龄化趋势,近视已成为影响人们生活和健康的主要因素.近视眼发病机制尚不完全清楚,主要包括调节滞后,视网膜离焦,脉络膜血流异常、巩膜缺氧及重塑异常等学说.其中,眼自主神经在调控脉络膜血流、脉络膜厚度节律以及调节中发挥关键作用,并可能在眼轴生长和近视的发生发展中起着重要的作用.本文就眼部自主神经在近视进展中的作用进行综述,以期为近视防控提供思路.
Abstract
In recent years,with the increasing prevalence of myopia and the trend of younger age,myopia se-verely impacts people's life and health.There are many hypotheses about the pathogenesis of myopia,but it is not clear at present.Among them,the autonomic nerve of the eye plays an essential role in the occurrence and development of myopia by regulating choroidal blood flow,choroidal thickness rhythm and accommodation.In this article,the function of ocular autonomic nerve in the development of myopia are reviewed,in order to provide ideas for the prevention and control of myo-pia.
