Progress of subretinal fluid after vitrectomy for rhegmatogenous retinal debridement
Rhegmatogenous retinal detachment(RRD)is one of the most common ophthalmic diseases that seri-ously damages patients'vision and requires timely surgery to reduce the damage to vision.Vitrectomy is one of the surgical procedures for the treatment of RRD with the advantages of being minimally invasive, safe and efficient. However, there are still many postoperative complications.Subretinal fluid(SRF)is one of the common complications after RRD surgery. The long-term presence of SRF plays a role in preventing the recovery of visual acuity. Therefore,it is important to investi-gate the pathogenesis of SRF and its high-risk factors. We describe the research progress of SRF associated with RRD after vitrectomy and retinal reattachment surgery.
