摘要
由于独特的岗位角色和专业属性需要，高等教学医院妇科普通门诊医师的专业团队建设和专业素养规范化培养至关重要。基于多年的探索及积累，我们从常规妇产科专业知识和技能培训、妇科各亚专业理论的熟悉与其他相关临床专业知识培训、专业知识继续教育、正确诊断和标准化处理、人际交流协调与医患沟通能力培养、医疗制度及法规能力培养、科学思维习惯训练、人文关怀素养、依从性和诊疗目标的可实现性处理、信息化使用能力等方面总结了建立针对这一专业团队的特殊培训要求。以适应当前精准医疗和专业化岗位的需要，提高专科诊疗水平。
Abstract
Because of the needs of special post and professional property, the professional construction and standard-ized training for the general doctors of gynaecology outpatient is essential in higher teaching hospital. Based on years of ex-ploration and the accumulation, we summarized the methods and requirements for the establishment and special training of the professional team. Those included the following aspects, the general obstetrics and gynecology expertise and skills train-ing, the familiar training on the special fields of gynecology and other related clinical subjects, the new professional knowl-edge learning, the right diagnosis and standard processing, the interpersonal exchange coordination and doctor-patient communication capacity training, the medical system and regulations capacity training, the scientific thinking habits train-ing, the humanities care literacy, the compliance and achieved targets of processing, and information using capacity, and so on. Those could meet the needs of precision medicine and the professional jobs, and be helpful for improving the level of diagnosis and treatment in clinic.
