Application effect of pursed lip-abdominal breathing training combined with early pulmonary rehabilitation nursing in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure
Objective To explore the application effect of pursed lip-abdominal breathing training combined with early pulmonary rehabilitation nursing in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)complicated with respiratory failure. Methods A total of 120 patients with AECOPD complicated with respiratory failure admitted from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of admission, the patients were divided into control group(60 cases, routine nursing)and experimental group(60 cases, pursed lip-abdominal breathing training combined with early pulmonary rehabilitation nursing). The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the pH value, partial pressure of oxygen in arterial blood(PaO2),blood oxygen saturation(SaO2)and partial pressure of oxygen in arterial blood/fraction of inspired oxygen(PaO2/FiO2)in the two groups increased, and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The forced vital capacity(FVC)and forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, the 6 min walking distance was longer than that in the control group, and the St George's Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the two groups increased, the CD8+ decreased, and those in the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pursed lip-abdominal breathing training combined with early pulmonary rehabilitation nursing has a good application effect in patients with AECOPD complicated with respiratory failure.
