Analysis of family bed service status of grassroots community health service center in Lianhu district of Xi'an from 2019 to 2021
Objective To analyze the service status of family bed patients in the grassroots community health service center of Lianhu district of Xi'an from 2019 to 2021,and to provide references for the sustainable development of family bed service in grassroots health institutions.Methods The family bed of 8 grassroots community health service center in Lianhu district of Xi'an from 2019 to 2021 were selected to understand and analyze the number of family bed,the basic situation of patients,the cost of family bed and the disease types of patients.Results From 2019 to 2021,the number of family bed in grassroots community health service center in Lianhu district of Xi'an was 134,238 and 360 respectively;the highest proportion of patients in family bed was over 80 years old,accounting for 29.2%;there were no significant differences in gender,age,marital status and medical insurance of patients with family bed in grassroots community health service center in Lianhu district of Xi'an from 2019 to 2021(P>0.05).From 2019 to 2021,the annual income growth rates of family bed in grassroots community health service center in Lianhu district of Xi'an were 116.3%and 71.0%respectively,and the average growth rates of family bed expenses were 16.7%and 14.3%respectively.From 2019 to 2021,the top three diseases with the higher proportion of patients in family bed in grassroots community health service center in Lianhu district of Xi'an were hypertension,type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease.Conclusion From 2019 to 2021,the demand for family bed services in grassroots community health service center in Lianhu district of Xi'an was mainly chronic diseases such as hypertension,type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease.Grassroots communities should provide services around chronic diseases and other diseases that are more concentrated in patients with family bed.
