三甲医院护士临床创新能力的现状调查及影响因素分析

目的 了解三甲医院护士临床创新能力的现状并分析其影响因素.方法 于 2022 年 1 月至 5 月,采用一般资料调查表、临床护理人员创新能力评价量表、管理关怀性评估量表、护士长领导力量表对我省 5 所三甲医院护士进行调查.分析影响护士临床创新能力的因素.结果 Pearson相关性分析显示,护士临床创新能力与管理者关怀和护士长领导力均呈正相关(r=0.543、0.625,P<0.05).多元线性回归分析显示,职称、学历、职务、相关培训参加情况、管理者关怀、护士长领导力是护士临床创新能力评分的影响因素(P<0.05).结论 三甲医院护士临床创新能力处于中等水平.医疗机构可从护士长领导力、管理者关怀层面出发,通过提升管理者自身在护理岗位中的综合能力,在护理工作中给予护士更多的关怀,并重点关注职称、学历、职务较低护士的临床创新能力,积极开展创新相关培训,进一步提高护士的临床创新能力.
Investigation on the status quo of clinical innovation ability of nurses in tertiary hospitals and analysis of influencing factors
Objective To understand the status quo of clinical innovation ability of nurses in tertiary hospitals and analyze its influencing factors.Methods From January to May 2022,the general information questionnaire,clinical nursing staff innovation ability evaluation scale,management care assessment scale and head nurse leadership scale were used to investigate the nurses in five tertiary hospitals in our province.The influencing factors of nurses'clinical innovation ability were analyzed.Results Pearson correlation analysis showed that the clinical innovation ability of nurses was positively correlated with the manager care and the head nurse leadership(r=0.543,0.625,P<0.05).Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that professional title,educational background,position,relevant training participation,manager care and head nurse leadership were the influencing factors of nurses'clinical innovation ability score(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical innovation ability of nurses in tertiary hospitals was at a medium level.Medical institutions can start from the head nurse leadership and the manager care,by improving the comprehensive ability of managers in nursing posts,give nurses more care in nursing work,and focus on the clinical innovation ability of nurses with lower professional titles,education background and positions,actively carry out innovation-related training to further improve the clinical innovation ability of nurses.
