Study on the correlation between blood pressure before endovascular treatment and prognosis in patients with acute ischemic stroke
Objective To investigate the relationship between blood pressure before endovascular treatment and prognosis in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods The data of 189 patients with acute ischemic stroke who were hospitalized in the Affiliated Baiyun Hospital of Guizhou Medical University and the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January 2016 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.A total of 162 patients were finally inclubed according to the inclusion and exclusion critera. The patients were evaluated for prognosis at 3 months after endovascular treatment and divided into good prognosis group and poor prognosis group according to Modified Rankin Scale(mRS)score. The general data of the patients were collected, and the prognostic factors were analyzed by Logistic regression model. Results Among 162 patients,73 cases in the good prognosis group and 89 cases in the poor prognosis group.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that poor collateral circulation, high pulse pressure and high NIHSS score at admission were independent risk factors for poor prognosis at 3 months after endovascular treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The prognosis of patients with acute ischemic stroke treated by endovascular treatment is related to collateral circulation, pulse pressure and NIHSS score at admission.
