Analysis of stress and mental health status and its influencing factors among pregnant women in Beijing suburbs
Objective To analyze the stress and mental health status and its influencing factors among pregnant women in Beijing suburbs.Methods Pregnant women who underwent normal prenatal examination in the obstetrics clinic from February to December 2021 were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling.Data were obtained through on-site questionnaire survey,the influencing factors of pregnancy stress and mental health of pregnant women were analyzed.Results Unplanned pregnancy and IVF were the influencing factors of pregnancy pressure of pregnant women(P<0.05).Higher education levels,awaiting job assignment or unemployed,farmers,individual work and unplanned pregnancy,IVF were the influencing factors of mental health of pregnant women(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnant women are under great pressure and have a low level of mental health.Some factors have impacts on the stress and mental health of pregnant women,it is necessary to conduct targeted assessment and psychological counseling for the population to improve the current situation and promote the improvement of maternal and child health.
