Effect of combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus tablets,live combined with racecadotril and montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea and its influences on intestinal microecology and T lymphocyte subse
Objective To explore the effect of combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus tablets,live combined with racecadotril and montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods A total of 128 children with diarrhea admitted from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with racecadotril and montmorillonite powder,and the observation group was treated with combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bac illus cereus tablets,live on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than 81.25%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the numbers of Enterococcus and Enterobacter in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the numbers of Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,CD8+ was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The antidiarrheal time,vomiting regression time,dehydration correction time and antipyretic time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus tablets,live combined with racecadotril and montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea can improve the intestinal microecology,regulate the levels of immune indexes,shorten the duration of symptoms and improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
