Clinical effect of Jiedu Sanjie prescription combined with magnesium sulfate solution external application in the treatment of infusion phlebitis
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jiedu Sanjie prescription combined with magnesium sulfate solution external application in the treatment of infusion phlebitis,in order to provide an effective method for clinical treatment of infusion phlebitis.Methods A total of 96 patients with infusion phlebitis were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given 50%magnesium sulfate solution external application,and the treatment group was given Jiedu Sanjie prescription external application on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.048).After treatment,the degree of phlebitis in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.049).The blood flow signal of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.033).After treatment,the levels of D-dimer,fibrinogen,and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the treatment group decreased,and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Jiedu Sanjie prescription combined with magnesium sulfate solution external application in the treatment of infusion phlebitis has definite effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
