Effect of urapidil combined with magnesium sulfate and aspirin in the treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and its influence on microenvironment inflammation
Objective To analyze the effect of urapidil combined with magnesium sulfate and aspirin in the treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and its influence on microenvironment inflammation.Methods A total of 80 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy admitted in our hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate and aspirin,and the observation group was treated with urapidil on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and urinary protein content in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of soluble interleukin 2 receptor(sIL-2R),nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)and high mobility group box 1(HMGB1)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of endothelin-1(ET-1)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and platelet endothelium cell adhesion molecules-1(PECAM-1)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Urapidil combined with magnesium sulfate and aspirin in the treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy can not only improve the microenvironment inflammation and vascular endothelial function,improve the effect of blood pressure control,but also reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,which is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
