Application effect of team continuous nursing mode in home rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy
Objective To explore the application effect of team continuous nursing mode in home rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 96 children with cerebral palsy and their caregivers who were treated in the pediatrics department and rehabilitation department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University from February to November 2022 were selected by convenience sampling method,and they were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional nursing mode,and the intervention group adopted the team continuous nursing mode.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 6 months after discharge,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score of caregivers in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);at 3 and 6 months after discharge,the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)score of caregivers in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after discharge,the compliance of rehabilitation exercise in the two groups was worse than that after 3 months of intervention(P<0.05);at 3 and 6 months after discharge,the compliance of rehabilitation exercise in the intervention group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Team continuous nursing mode applied to home rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy has definite effect,it can effectively improve the negative emotions of caregivers,improve the satisfaction of caregivers and improve the compliance of children with cerebral palsy.
