Application effect of predictive nursing intervention in the treatment of children with severe traumatic shock
Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing intervention in the treatment of children with severe traumatic shock. Methods A total of 92 children with severe traumatic shock admitted from January 2019 to March 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods, with 46 cases in each group. The children received emergency treatment after admission. The control group was given routine nursing intervention during emergency treatment, and the observation group was given predictive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total bleeding volume, total rehydration volume, blood pressure variability rate and total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the effective rescue time and ICU hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group, and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding and rehydration in children with severe traumatic shock, stabilize the blood pressure in children, reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve the clinical treatment effect and family satisfaction.
