Application effect of comprehensive nursing under the"3H"theory in children with severe pneumonia and its influence on rehabilitation speed
Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing under the"3H"theory in children with severe pneumonia and its influence on rehabilitation speed. Methods Sixty-six children with severe pneumonia admitted from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random computer number table method, with 33 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing under the"3H"theory on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results At discharge, the airway grade and Pediatric Early Warning Score(PEWS)scores of both groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The cough relief time, fever reduction time, shortness of breath improvement time, lung rales disappearance time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At discharge, the arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2)and arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)increased and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)decreased in both groups, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the children's family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing under the"3H"theory can effectively alleviate the disease status of children with severe pneumonia, accelerate the rehabilitation speed, improve the rehabilitation effect, and promote the satisfaction of the family members.
