Effects of health belief-based care strategy combined with incentive psychotherapy on disease self-perceived burden and self-management of patients with Hp positive gastritis
Objective To explore the effects of health belief-based care strategy combined with incentive psychotherapy on disease self-perceived burden and self-management of patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive gastritis. Methods A total of 80 patients with Hp positive gastritis admitted from August 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the nursing plan, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received incentive psychotherapy, and the observation group received health belief-based care strategy on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After 7 d of intervention, the scores of each dimension of Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 7 d of intervention, the General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)score and adult health self-management ability score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 7 d of intervention, the levels of gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MTL)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the level of vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The health belief-based care strategy combined with incentive psychotherapy can alleviate the disease self-perceived burden of patients with Hp positive gastritis, improve self-management ability and promote the recovery of gastric function.
