Effects of nursing intervention based on liver failure grading combined with focused solution mode on liver function recovery and disease self-perceived burden in patients with liver cancer after operation
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on liver failure grading combined with focused solution mode in patients with liver cancer after operation. Methods A total of 120 patients with liver cancer after operation admitted in the department of oncology surgery from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing intervention methods, the patients were divided into control group(60 cases, routine nursing)and observation group(60 cases, routine nursing + nursing intervention based on liver failure grading combined with focused solution mode). The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),direct bilirubin(DBIL)and total bilirubin(TBIL)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of physical burden and emotional burden in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of liver failure between the two groups(P>0.05);the average hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on liver failure grading combined with focused solution mode is helpful to promote the recovery of liver function in patients with liver cancer after operation, reduce the burden of disease self-perception and shorten the hospitalization time, which is worthy of promotion.
