Application value of sutureless pull-up technique in the nursing of delayed healing wound after outpatient operation in mountainous area
Objective To explore the application value of sutureless pull-up technique in the nursing of delayed healing wound after outpatient operation in mountainous area. Methods A total of 80 patients with delayed healing wound who underwent operative treatment in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the time of treatment, the patients were divided into control group(39 cases)and study group(41 cases). The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given sutureless pull-up technique. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of intervention, the wound area of the two groups was smaller than that before intervention, and that of the study group was smaller than the control group(P<0.05);the Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)score and dressing change cost of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention, the scores of wound area, exudation volume and wound tissue type in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sutureless pull-up technique applied in patients with delayed healing wound after outpatient operation in mountainous areas has the advantages of simplicity and convenience, which can reduce scars, shorten wound healing time and reduce medical costs.
