Status quo and risk analysis of community residents'cognition degree of acute abdominal pain
Objective To explore the cognition of community residents on acute abdominal pain.Methods A total of 2 714 community residents were randomly selected,and a self-made questionnaire was used to explore the effects of different ages,educational levels and genders on the cognition degree of acute abdominal pain in community residents.Results There were 946 community residents who participated in the survey for acute abdominal pain with pre-hospital treatment time<2 h,accounting for 34.9%;there were 611 community residents with pre-hospital medical treatment time of 2-24 h,accounting for 22.5%;there were 1 157 community residents with pre-hospital treatment time>24 h,accounting for 42.6%.Age and education level significantly affected the pre-hospital delay treatment of acute abdominal pain in community residents(P=0.004,7.4969E-70);gender did not affect the pre-hospital delay treatment of acute abdominal pain in community residents(P=0.951).The education level significantly affected the community residents'understanding of some acute and critical diseases related to acute abdominal pain(P=5.47E-06).Conclusion Community residents have a general understanding of acute abdominal pain.It is necessary to strengthen the publicity and education of the causes of acute abdominal pain,shorten the pre-hospital delay time,and strive for more life rescue time for patients with acute abdominal pain.
