Effect of Xuebijing injection combined with continuous renal replacement therapy and albumin in the treatment of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome and its influences on the inflammatory factors and expression of related proteins
Objective To investigate the effect of Xuebijing injection combined with continuous renal replacement therapy and albumin in the treatment of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome.Methods A total of 50 patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome admitted from January to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with continuous renal replacement therapy and albumin,and the observation group was treated with Xuebijing injection on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CD61 and heat shock protein 70(HSP70)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuebijing injection combined with continuous renal replacement therapy and albumin in the treatment of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome has a significant effect,it can improve the levels of inflammatory factors,and down-regulate the expression of CD61 and HSP70,which is worthy of promotion and application.
