Effect of dulaglutide in the treatment of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus and its influence on serum indexes
Objective To investigate the effect of dulaglutide in the treatment of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus and its influence on serum indexes. Methods A total of 90 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. Both groups received routine treatment, the control group was treated with oral pioglitazone hydrochloride tablets on the basis of routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with subcutaneous injection of dulaglutide injection on the basis of routine treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting insulin(FINS),homeostasis model insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),liver stiffness measurement(LSM),fat controlled attenuation parameter(CAP),laminin(LN),hyaluronic acid(HA),typeⅢprocollagen(PC-Ⅲ)and typeⅣcollagen(Ⅳ-C)levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the level of high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Dulaglutide has significant effect in the treatment of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
