Application effect of continuous pumping and intravenous infusion of esomeprazole sodium in patients with peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage
Objective To compare the application effect of continuous pumping and intravenous infusion of esomeprazole sodium in patients with peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage. Methods A total of 90 patients with peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage admitted from April 2018 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and study group according to the red and green double chromosphere method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intravenous infusion of esomeprazole sodium, and the study group was treated with continuous pumping of esomeprazole sodium. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The stop time of bleeding, hematemesis, melena stop time and abdominal pain relief time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of fibrinogen and D-dimer in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the platelet count(PLT)and hematocrit(HCT)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of epidermal growth factor(EGF)and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)and matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with the administration of intravenous infusion of esomeprazole sodium, continuous pumping has a better effect, which can shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms of patients with peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage, improve treatment effect, and improve the coagulation function and serum indexes.
