茵陈解毒汤治疗痤疮患者的效果及对皮损情况的影响

摘要
目的 探讨茵陈解毒汤治疗痤疮患者的临床价值.方法 选取2018年9月至2021年9月收治的150例痤疮患者为研究对象,按随机信封法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组 75 例.对照组给予异维A酸软胶囊治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予茵陈解毒汤治疗.比较两组的治疗效果.结果 试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组的皮损类型、皮损数量与皮损颜色评分均降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组的白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 茵陈解毒汤治疗痤疮的效果显著,可降低皮损组织细胞因子水平,促进皮损改善,且安全性良好,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of Yinchen Jiedu decoction in the treatment of acne patients.Methods A total of 150 acne patients treated from September 2018 to September 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and experimental group according to random envelope method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with isotretinoin soft capsules,and the experimental group was treated with Yinchen Jiedu decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the lesion type,number and color scores of the two groups decreased,those of the experimental group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-1(IL-1),soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in both groups decreased,those of the experimental group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Y inc he n Jie du decoction in the treatment of acne has a remarkable effect,it can reduce the level of cytokines in skin lesions and promote the improvement of skin lesions,with good safety,which is worthy of promotion.
